WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Should you for any reason wish to return any item(s) purchased from PRAIA EYEWEAR (Pty) Ltd you will be allowed a full refund or to exchange the goods for any other products of the same value. Return of purchase to PRAIA EYEWEAR (Pty) Ltd will be at the cost of the purchaser. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

We offer a six-month warranty against any manufacturing faults and defects. This does not include lens damage. Frames and components will be inspected for damage. In cases of manufacturing faults and defects, we will refund or replace your purchase with a new pair of sunglasses. In cases of damage caused by persons, no refund will apply.

Proof of purchase is required.
