What Shipping Cost? Delivery is FREE for all orders in South Africa

DELIVERY TIMES

Purchased ”Products” will be dispatched within (48) business working hours of PRAIA EYEWEAR (Pty) Ltd receiving confirmation of payment.

We aim for fast delivery. Delivery will take between 1-4 working days depending on geographical location within South Africa.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We don’t want to keep you waiting an extra second, but of course there are some things that are beyond our control, such as weather, delivery errors and any other unforeseen delays.

FAILED DELIVERY

Please notify PRAIA EYEWEAR (Pty) Ltd of any specific delivery times or instructions when placing your order. Should the courier service not be able to complete a delivery at the address specified by the purchaser, either due to an incorrect delivery address or unavailability of purchaser or persons to accept the parcel, within regular delivery times. Your purchase will be returned to our warehouse, where a delivery charge will be charged upon second delivery attempt.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they sign for their delivery once it has reached their shipping address. PRAIA EYEWEAR (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for deliveries that are not signed for by purchaser or assigned receiver.
